Although completely his own species, the mystic sound of Bobby Would bears resemblance to the scuffed exterior of the infamous Les Rallizes Denudes mixed with the cold, fractured but ravishing melodies of bands like 39 Clocks, Women or Cindy Lee. His third LP Styx encompasses the death surf, psycho beat, monotone jingle jangle that has made this mysterious project so alluring.
